To formalize this oversight, the Prime Minister was instructed to conduct an exhaustive inventory of all agreements signed by the Government. Each member of the Cabinet of Ministers must provide a comprehensive report on the status of the agreements included in their respective portfolios, with a detailed description of whether they are currently being implemented or are under consideration.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The results will be summarized in a consolidated dynamic matrix designed to be used as a strategic tool for government oversight and decision-making. This table will indicate the objectives of each agreement, the expected benefits, the current level of implementation, any problems encountered, and the necessary corrective measures.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In addition to its technical usefulness, the President stressed that this tool would improve interagency coordination, clarify the responsibilities of sectors, and ensure greater accountability.
