The partnership aims to improve public service delivery through digital competencies, knowledge sharing and joint capacity building initiatives. As part of the agreement, the two institutions will conduct training needs assessments, promote research in digital governance, and implement staff exchange programs. Between 2026 and 2029, Huawei will help train and certify 2,000 civil servants and 50 KSG technical staff.
