The NTSA announced that these sessions will be attended by key industry participants including vehicle owners, fleet operators and regulatory partners. The administration emphasized that early involvement is necessary to familiarize stakeholders with the functionality of the system and minimize possible disruptions after the platform is fully operational.
The introduction of the eLogbook is a central component of the NTSA's broader digital transformation strategy aimed at modernizing road transport management, improving service efficiency and transparency. Following a public notice on May 12, 2026, the administration confirmed that the digital system will replace traditional paper vehicle registration logs. This change reflects the NTSA's five-year commitment to streamlining operations and delivering paperless, citizen-centric services.
Once the system is up and running, vehicle owners will be able to access, view, download and verify their digital vehicle registration certificates directly through the government's eCitizen platform.
